What's the Harmony Community Garden? The Harmony Community Garden is nestled in South Salt Lake which is a food desert as defined by the Economic Research Service of the USDA 2009 research. A food desert is a low-income census tract where a substantial number of residents have low access to a supermarket or large grocery store.
